The application for DEFLE training is a personal data treatment managed by Université Bordeaux Montaigne.
1-Purpose of data processingPurpose of data collection:This treatment allows you to submit your application and register for one or more DEFLE courses.
Legal basis:This treatment falls under Article 6.1 paragraph B of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The requested information is necessary for the execution of the contract of your administrative registration, the non-supply or the supply of erroneous information will compromise your registration.
2-Data processedData categories sent:
- civility, surname (s) and first name (s), date and place of birth;
- postal addresses;
- telephone number and email address;
- payment data;
- credentials;
- proof of situation (refugee where applicable);
- proof of diplomas;
- resume and cover letter.
Data source :This information is collected directly from the user.
Automated decision making :The treatment does not provide for automated decision making.
3-Persons concernedThis data processing concerns:
- the candidate for registration;
- the administrative services of the university;
- the IT administrators of the university;
- the applicant training organization where applicable.
4-Recipients of collected dataNo transfer of data outside the European Union is carried out.
According to their respective needs, are recipients of all or part of the data:
- the teaching staff of DEFLE;
- the administrative services of DEFLE and the university;
- the student observatory;
- the IT administrators of the university.
5-Duration of retention of personal dataPersonal data will be kept in active database for five years from the filing date of your file. In the absence of any new application or filing of any new file or update of your account during a period of five years, the data concerning you will be erased automatically.
6-SecurityThis teleservice is being approved (general security reference).
The university guarantees the confidentiality and integrity of the data collected as part of the processing.
7-Your rights to data about youYou may at any time access and obtain copies of the data concerning you, have them rectified or deleted. You also have the right to limit the processing of your data as well as the right to portability. The right of opposition does not apply in this case.
